Building Pads Construction

You should be familiar with Building Pads before you start to develop them. A good pad should have a minimum thickness of 12 inches. It is also important to perform compaction tests. During the construction of the pad, a Geo-Technician should be present. To ensure that the pad is constructed correctly, a geo-technician should be present.
